The Simpsons is one of the most iconic animated series of all times and you will hardly find a person who hasn’t heard or seen them. Such is their popularity that you will see artists creating Simpsons related designs based on various themes. One artist from India has gone ahead and turned the iconic American characters into Indians! Say hello to Simpson Iyers!

Sasank Gopinathan, a designer from Cochin, India has modified the Simpsons to make them look like South Indian Brahmins. So we present you Homer Iyer, Marge Iyer, Bart Iyer, Lisa Iyer and Maggie Iyer! Sasank has taken care to make them look as authentic as possible and you can see Homer Iyer wearing the sacred thread and he and Bart have a vibhuti mark on their forehead.

You will also see Marge Iyer wearing the famous Kanchipuram silk sari and Lisa Iyer is wearing the South Indian paavadai and dhaavani, while Maggie Iyer is seen wearing a paavada blouse. If you loved this, please visit the link above and appreciate the work done by Sasank.
